December 2025 Outreach – Kwaman Presby Primary School

In December 2025, Sankofa Root Foundation organized a community outreach at Kwaman Presby Primary School to support children with essential learning materials. Through the generous support of our partners and donors, we distributed school bags, exercise books, pens, pencils, mathematical sets, and other stationery to help students begin the new academic term with confidence.

Our mission extends beyond providing supplies—we strive to inspire hope, encourage education, and remind every child that their dreams matter.
