William Forson

William Forson immigrated to the United States in 1998. He holds two degrees—a Bachelor in Business Administration and a Master in Leadership and Management.

He spent more than 15 years in revenue cycle management, working with both New York City’s public hospital system and a leading private orthopedic hospital. With the support of his wife and family, William founded Sankofa Roots Foundation to address economic inequality in underserved communities and provide humanitarian support to vulnerable families and children. Now retired, he believes that serving others brings deep fulfillment and inner peace.
